Alicia Yi is the Vice Chair of Korn Ferry’s Global Consumer Market. Based in Singapore she also leads the Board & CEO services, as well as Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Solutions in Asia-Pacific.
With over 30 years of experience, Alicia’s international career spans the US, Europe, and Asia, working with clients in various sectors. She began her career as a compensation specialist at Towers Perrin in Chicago and later served as an HR leader at Swiss Bank Corporation in Zurich.
Alicia is an expert in executive search and talent management consulting, helping companies build diverse and high-performing leadership teams. She is dedicated to fostering inclusive leadership and supporting underrepresented talent through innovative programs.
From 2020 to 2023, Alicia served as a Non-Executive Independent Director of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited. She is an active member of the Young President Organization (YPO) and the International Women’s Forum (IWF), frequently speaking on topics related to inclusive leadership, human capital strategy, and diversity & inclusion.
Alicia holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University.
