MP Yeo Wan Ling Visits SCWO

MP Yeo Wan Ling, Director of NTUC Women and Family Unit (WAF) and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (U SME) visited SCWO to gain a better understanding about SCWO and its programme and services. The Board Members and MP Yeo Wan Ling had an enriching discussion and exchange of ideas on women’s issues in Singapore such as violence against women, supporting the transition of careers and progression of working women and the gender pay gap. It was emphasised that the life and career stages for women are not the same and that there is no one size fit all solution for women. Women needs to be supported at every decision of their life and career stages.
