Following the release of the Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement Requests (TG-FWAR), the dialogue serves as a platform to understand these guidelines' impact on employers and employees. Panelists include Minister for Manpower Mr Tan See Leng and Minister-of-State for Education and Manpower Ms Gan Siow Huang.
