BMSG Tea With Breastmilk: Understanding the Rights of Working Mothers [FAQ Session with TAFEP]

The Breastfeeding Mothers’ Support Group (BMSG) in Singapore is hosting an informal discussion with working mothers, and has invited the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) to speak at the event.
Focusing on women’s workplace rights, especially for mothers, this talk is for women seeking insights into addressing work-related concerns and understanding their rights. This encompasses subjects like pregnancy, breastfeeding, and family-related issues.
The briefing by TAFEP will cover the key recommendations from the Workplace Fairness Legislation and how the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP) works in concert with the legislation to provide protection against all forms of workplace discrimination at all stages of employment, which is set to launch in 2024.
