Empower Change with Your Support
Pays for 2 weeks worth of groceries for 20 survivors.
Provide 16 survivors with one therapy session each to help heal from the trauma of abuse
Pays for 16 single mothers to attend support group sessions for a year
Funds vital enrichment workshops for 16 survivors for an entire year
We warmly invite you to be part of this milestone occasion and support women in need and their families and strengthen SCWO’s essential services, programmes and initiatives towards a future where equality becomes a reality for all. Your contribution will directly support SCWO’s vital programmes, including:
Star Shelter: Singapore’s only secular family violence shelter, providing safe accommodation, emotional support, and empowerment programmes. To date, over 2,000 women have been helped.
Maintenance Support Central: Assisting close to 200 women annually with spousal and child maintenance, including free legal clinics and advice. Over 7,000 clients have benefited from this service.
As a registered charity with Institution of a Public Character (IPC) status, SCWO will issue tax deductions of 2.5 times the qualifying donations for all table donations, making your support even more impactful.
Impact Statements are for illustration purposes only. Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO) will allocate donations based on the most pressing needs, adhering to the standards and guidelines set forth as an Institution of Public Character (IPC).
