    A Dialogue on Workplace Fairness

    SCWO had the pleasure of hosting Minister of State for Manpower, Ms Gan Siow Huang, in an intimate dialogue on workplace fairness with our esteemed members and allies at the National Design Centre on October 6, 2023. We discussed the upcoming Workplace Fairness Legislation, which sets out to provide women with a stronger legal recourse to challenge discriminatory actions at the workplace. Without the fear of repercussions and with the assurance of fair outcomes, victims of discrimination will be empowered to step forward, raise their grievances and seek help, and women will be more protected at every stage of employment.
