Volunteer with SCWO as a performer in our Concert to commemorate the International Day of Eliminating Violence Against Women We deserve lives free from violence. If you have a story to share, we are inviting you to come out and share, inspire and motivate others to speak up and protect women and children victims of violence. In Her Stride is an annual campaign by SCWO in support of the International Day of Eliminating Violence Against Women. Every little step forward brings us closer towards empowering women and providing support for women in distress.
The month of August was brimming with activities in SCWO. Individuals from private corporations and organisations volunteered their time and energy. Their enthusiasm and excitement brought much cheer to SCWO and the public members who visited us. On 6 and 7 August 2022, Room To Imagine and Imagine The World organised the Whimsical Art Market, where part of the merchandise and workshop proceeds went to SCWO. The Art Market was a vibrant affair with many unique and handmade crafts displayed for sale by local artisans and artists.
