BoardAgender Mentee Sharing Session

In celebrating women for the month of March 2023, we are pleased to announce the launch of the 3rd BoardAgender Mentoring Programme for Aspiring Women Directors. The programme will run from July to December 2023.
This flagship programme has been specially designed to groom and advance more women into senior leadership roles and boardrooms in Singapore.
And we are pleased to announce that mentees of the first cohort of the programme were presented with 13 opportunities to serve on boards, of which they were successful in securing 8 new board roles.
Know that each of the 10 selected mentees will be matched to a dedicated mentor who is an experienced board director. Additionally, mentees will have opportunities to learn from board directors serving on publicly listed companies and non-profit organisations, and from head-hunters focusing on board searches. We will also organise workshops and networking events throughout the 6-month programme.
We will hold an informational session on Wednesday, 29 March 2023 at the SCWO Centre in Training Rooms 2 and 3, from 5:30-7:30pm, where you will hear directly from a mentor and a mentee from one of the previous runs of the programme.
